I just recently got the Steelbook of Wicker Man and the Problem seems to percist. I've got two diffrent drives and both failed to decrypt the disc with MakeMKV alone. I had the same problem recently when i upgraded my home network (Unifi Dream Machine). There is an option to block the ingoing and outgoing traffic to certain countries.
I had russia in there. When i took it from the blocking list it suddenly worked again. Dont know if that might help.
