The latest KEYDB.cfg file contains this entry:

Does copying this file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump ...

Have you tried copying the latest KEYDB.cfg file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?
