There is a narrow mark on the disc about 3-4 inches long near an edge. At first I thought it was a hair, but I think it's some kind of scratch. Could be the culprit. I'll attempt more cleaning though, I only tried dry so far, and report back.

I think it's gotten stuck at the exact same offset. Is that some imperfection in the disc? It does play in my actual blu ray player that's hooked to my TV, but I know MakeMKV needs access to everything to rip. I don't think the drive is powering down, it stops copying at the same 12.5GB mark when it...

I have an external USB drive powered only by USB, but this if the first disc of many I've been unable to rip. It freezes during mkv creation after about 15+ minutes, always in the same spot, after its progress reads about 12.5 of 14GB. This is a brand new disc and I've tried cleaning it. It had 1 fi...
