Considering the age of this post and the two prior to yours, it is highly unlikely that it would not have sold, without some further message from the author.

Re: Beavis and Butt-head: Volume 4, discs 1 and 2 Scsi error
Are the disks more than 6 months old? I ask because "sealed in the package" disks will quite often pick up a film from the packaging that must be washed off for the disks to read error-free. It's virtually invisible, unless you clean a portion of it off and look at the disk at an angle. Bo...

I suspect you'll need to provide the information on your drive, first... Not all drives can be side-grated.

Re: For reference - Avatar: The Last Airbender
Generally, the audio commentary will be a separate audio track embedded with the other tracks. You'll have to play the title you want to encode and select the individual audio tracks to test them. Now, having said that, the first English and Japanese audio tracks are most likely the ones that match ...

You didn't mention whether or not you'd powered the drive down to reset it... Without that, the drive is still running its original firmware.

Re: Help! Hashkey files needed
That depends on your VPN, but likely it can work. Most systems USED to work via your internet provider blocking the DNS; if you could find the IP, they worked just fine, but looking them up by name came back with an invalid entry. Later systems do that PLUS block your actual call to forbidden IPs. T...

Re: Which blu-ray drive to buy?
Have you considered looking at the several topics that show up daily about buying drives, before creating yet another? They are kept up-to-date with what's available NOW, what works (and doesn't work) with UHD, etc.

Re: I have a lot of UHD blu ray movies and want to save them in my pc to avoid changing the discs
A computer that runs Linux, MacOS, or Windows. A drive that can read the disk. MakeMKV to use those to read the disks, and write them to your computer's hard drives. Playback software that can access those drives and output to a video monitor. You will find quite a number of programs that do that la...

If the automatic download is not working, it is likely that your system is blocking contact with the Russian host that it is maintained on. This can be via DNS (the usual way) or other means. There are topics pinned to the forum (such as " hkdata.crabdance.com or hkdata.fairuse.org not found&qu...

Re: Star Wars A New Hope 4K Alien Subtitles
Star Wars is one set of titles that does not always use subtitles for alien speech. When it's important, the "subtitle" is actually put in the video stream, rather than a subtitle track. When it's not, it is ignored. You'll see the same thing in Star Trek... Forced subtitles are usually bl...

Re: Looking for external USB Blu Ray Drive Recommendations
You didn't specify if you're looking to rip video with the drive, or simply use it to write data to high-density disks. There are a number of Pioneer disks that will write 3-layer disks, but are forbidden by their software from READING 4K video disks. If you're not looking to read 4K UHD video, your...

Having some idea what TITLE you're referring to would help - it may be that it's already been decoded, and they keydb people could help.
