Files over 4MB won't go through... and a lot of the recent upload attempts were for very large files.

Was the file larger than 4MB? That would explain why it didn't come through.

Generally, this is an indication of a disk read error, rather than encryption.

No dump file in your message, so looks can't happen yet.

You need to contact the author - he's the only one that can issue licenses, and re-send the authorization keys.

The most direct way is to send a message to support@makemkv.com . It may take a day or two.

In the mean time, MakeMKV will continue to function, it will just complain about the key.

I don't download files from unverified people. A very good habit to have... Although, in this case, the person uploading the file was making it available to others who DO download such files, to create files you WILL want to download, later. There are maybe 3 people who need to download the file up...

clarification - "LibreDrive" does NOT mean "can read UHD disks". A drive built before UHD was available (like this one) is not likely to support it just by having its firmware unlocked.
