Game disks use a different format from movie disks.

Quite often, disks have different languages attached to different versions of the visible subtitles. I've had Japanese stuff where I had to re-combine copies to get both English and Japanese in the same file.

Below a certain count, you need moderator approval. When the moderator is sick for 12 days, you have to wait 12 days.

Sync errors are common on things like forced subtitle tracks (rarely found). They're taken out when empty.

Tried it eons ago. Problem is movies where mono was "best track", but 5.1 made a good commentary. Anything that is "better" would override your default selection. Cannot say its impossible, but it isn't built in to MakeMKV.

Attaching TGZ files on the forum does no good.

Generally email confirmation occurs within minutes. Some email providers block or redirect the key.

The key distributor often pops up here and takes care of things; I have no direct input to them, unfortunately.

Usual cause has been something in the drive when MakeMKV is started, so it never gets to reading the key you enter for the freebie version.
