"New disks" is relative. I've found it more frequent that disks that were released 6 months ago have acquired a film from their packaging that prevents "error free" reading, and it needs to be cleaned off.

The key in the beta version expired November 30th. You need to install a new beta key (not issued yet), or set your system date back to when the key you have was valid to start the program. MakeMKV is still functional, with a current beta key, or with a registered key; I've been running it for hours...

What are you using for the export? MakeMKV does a copy of the contents of the disk, so it should be what is being read. Minus any encryption, of course, but that's not something that would depend on 32- or 64-bit integers.
