I have an original bluray that i purchased from a shop

This is the first time i have tried to back up a bluray with makemkv , i tried it the same way as i ahve with my dvd,s

Am i doing something wrong ?

I have been using makemv for to put my personal dvd collection onto my network at home, 8)

I was so impressed with it , that i decided to buy a bluray player and do the same for my bluray personal collection , however i got a problem as per below !!

Does this mean i cant put my bluray ...
