I'm having the exact same problem with X-Men Days of Future Past. Both the regular release and then the Rogue Cut. None of them will even be acknowledged by MakeMKV. I't as if they don't exist. I think i have another bluray-drive and will try if that works and also try playing them in my PS3 ...

Ok, i saw that i had version 1.18.3 and updated to 1.18.4, then tried again and got this:
