I went to the backup - the m2ts files play fine with VLC!
I deleted the AACS folder and now the backup runs fine through MakeMKV!

Unplugged and restarted as instructed. I have tried to rip the disc itself, and the encrypted backup I have made. Using the disc it takes an age going through the different m2ts files (Approx 15 mins) then acts as if its a fresh disc with this message - ... Attempting to rip from the encrypted back...
