Hey tylwyth, thanks for providing a suitable disc dump file. The 6A38 variant of The Old Dark House has been added to the public keydb.

My guesses: A. MakeMKV is somehow not recognizing keydb.cfg anyway. Hey kaito, it looks like the keydb only had unit keys (UK) for your discs. If you sync the keydb again your discs should have complete records now. Unfortunately MakeMKV only utilises the keydb file as a source of volume unique key...

This disc must have been submitted months ago, it’s not that new.

Upload the disc dump file to a file host and post the link here. Just because a disc is several months or even years old doesn't mean it has been added.

Hey JIM7S, I'm not sure if you attached the correct file... Support for the standard (non-4K) Blu-ray disc which corresponds to your dump file was added to the public keydb on July 5th.
