I am trying to rip avatar last airbender animated series but keep getting the error av sync issue in stream 4. What does this mean and is there a way to fix it?

Seems the disk needed to be cleaned, bc after I did. It ripped successfully twice. Seems uhd disks are more sensitive than normal blueray disks.

The only uhd disk that i have is John wick. It would be fine to use a non uhd disk right? Might be a stupid question but oh well 🤣

This is my first time using makemkv. I ripped the superman complete animated series . The episodes were in the wrong order. Is this typical with bluerays? Had to manually make sure the episodes were in the right order.
