It seems to me that theres something wrong with keyframe generation. Using 1.6.10 or 1.6.11 and trying to scan/clean the resulting MKVs using matroska.orgs tools, cleaning interrupts with "no keyframes found in stream #1". Ripping the same BDs using 1.6.8 and cleaning em i get fine results.
