tried that, mild soap, got it shining....still no dice... returning it and getting another copy from a different vendor
Start by cleaning the disc.
Just want to update that with another copy from B&N and a copy of the US steelbook, I am still just getting the message that simply ...

I am having an issue where Windows and MakeMKV don't register the Deadpool and Wolverine 4K disc at all. I just get, "No disc", after the light blinks green a few times and maybe 30 seconds. I'm on MakeMKV v1.17.8 x64.

Looks like Jellyfin has transcode settings, did you confirm you aren't transcoding?

I finally got around to manually copying the disc contents to a temp folder and using MakeMKV to copy episode 2.
In case anyone wants to know the procedure, this worked for me on a Windows 10 PC (internal Asus BW-16D 1HT):
Open the disc in MakeMKV all the way to the content list
