Anyone seen an error like this?
Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:READ OF SCRAMBLED SECTOR WITHOUT AUTHENTICATION' occurred while reading 'BD-RE PIONEER BD-RW BDR-S13U 1.03 DDDLxxxxxxUC' at offset '1048576'
If so, whats it about... Is the drive failing or is this coming from the DVD disk read?

I'm am/was having this exact same issue with Windows 10. Decided to "upgrade" to Windows 11 and I'm seeing the same issue... I tried to above recommended tests and still no resolution. Anyone ever get to the bottom of this?
