Re: New BD+ - X-men 1st class, StarWars saga set
Yeah, they're there. And they work in seemingly random parts of the movie. It'll show subs for one sentence of Shaw talking and then nothing else in that scene. Then 15 minutes later, they'll reappear and work for a conversation and then disappear again. It's the weirdest thing. And this isn't just ...

Re: New BD+ - X-men 1st class, StarWars saga set
Same problem with X-Men: FC. I tried EVERY option and none worked. I had to find subs online and remux in order for them to work.

I'm an idiot so, what does this mean?:
"you would be able to save LPCM as raw PCM with any channel order, without MS WAV header."
And what are the drawbacks?

I watched it last night and saw no problems at all despite the error.

Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR
This is the first time I've received that error and MakeMKV still ended up completing the rip. The disk has no scratches or smudges that I can see and when I view the MKV everything seems to be working fine, but I don't have time to watch the whole thing now to make sure it's error free. My question...

Re: MakeMKV v1.6.13 win - MKV source file - error output
What does this feature DO currently? I just assumed that it was added for future use (converting LPCM to FLAC or whatever).
Anyway, I ran an MKV through and also got an error.

Re: Source Code BR
876 seems to be good. The "bathroom scene" at 25-26 min. mark doesn't loop, the run time matches the actual films but TMT5 shows the film as having 19 chapters. The MKV has 17. Now, TMT5 starts it at Chapter 001, while HPC-HC starts at 000, so we're still missing a Chapter it seems. EDIT: ...

Re: 7.1 not Recognized - only 5.1
Just tested several DTS-HD MA 7.1 discs (Red Cliff 1&2, Seven, Be Kind Rewind, Dark City) and 1 Dolby TrueHD (The Nightmare Before Christmas) and they all work fine.
LPCM 7.1 doesn't work but that's because of the LPCM part.

Re: subtitle location
This isn't due to MakeMKV, it's the player settings. It took me days to get the perfect settings in MPC-HC so that I got smooth 1080p, lossless audio and correctly placed subs. If I remember correctly, moving to Overlay Mixer and using ffdshow Audio Decoder, ffdshow subtitles filter and Microsoft DT...

How do I play LPCM Audio?
Hello, I've spent the last month ripping my collection to MKV with this program (1.6.8 in Win7) but I've noticed that I get an error every time I try and play a movie with LPCM audio (in MPC-HC). Are there players out there that work with this? Or anyway to fix it? EDIT: I did find a thread that sug...
