When I insert a UHD movie it just spins and spins until it gives up. No error messages are displayed just "MakeMKV v1.17.7 win(x64-release) started". I have Tried to use the drive on Two different MACs M1 and M2 as well as the Windows machine I used SDFtool Flasher on. Bottom of the drive...

My 4k drive now only reads BluRay, what did I do wrong?
