The titles always fail at the very end of the process.

There are totally 5 titles that fails to be written. Here's a summary of these. There are difficulties with some of these DVDs, for instance Live at Massey Hall (Toronto 1971).
The same problem occurs both in MacOS and Win7. Fails to save the resulting mkv.
