Re: What is the deal with the KEY?
A lot of speculation but nobody knows anything until we hear from or about Mike. The workaround with the date works for me (just change the month to july and enter the existing code again if it doesnt work). Note to self: save the existing julycode.

Update when new disc is inserted
I am just wondering if there is a way to make MakeMKV recognize when a new disc is inserted in the discdrive WITHOUT having to restart the application. If i select "Select disc" the it just goes straigt to the mkv-ripper (but it recognizes the new disc). Since I am doing backups of my disc...

Re: Can't get rid of the "Trivia" notes
I have the opposite issue. I want to to rip the storyboard video track from the Rango bluray but can't figure out how? When i play the disc in vlc i can select the second stream which is the storyboards. But none of the ripped files have a second stream (i selected all and copied them with makemkv)?

Re: Rango bluray special features
Bumping this up. Anybody have a clue? It's the same with the original bluray as well (which isn't strange since the included bluray with the 4k is the old disc...).

Re: How to copy Blu Ray extras
I often just use dvdcompare.net. All extras are listed with the exact lengt there. So if a trailer is 1:24 long i just find the ripped file that is 1:24 long and rename it. Picture gallerys are a real hassle though: a file that is a couple of minutes long will sometime display each image for several...

Rango bluray special features
I am a completist and always rip the special features from my disc (outside of the movies themselves). But the recently purchased Rango 4k steelbook has me stumped. On the bluray disc there is a storybord feature where storyboards play over the movie itself. I can´t figure out how to rip these story...

Re: Accessing isolated music scores
Add did it today with Rudy (1993). The dvd special edition has an isolated score which was just a separate audiotrack. I used mkvtoolnix to extract the isolated track. The only hassle was figuring out which track was the correct one. I just did them all one at a time. I remember that universal dvd’s...
