Sorted! After trying all the above, I tried downgrading to 1.17.6 - still crashed. So, I unmounted a VIRTUAL CD DRIVE that gets created when I plugged in a USB Hub/NIC, by simply unplugging the USB device, and MakeMKV worked again. Strange thing is, this USB device that mounts a virtual drive for it...

My 1.17.7 on Win11 still freezes and then crashes within seconds of starting. Sometimes, the "too old" message comes up. Have tried... Installing the latest key (when I get the chance before it freezes) Uninstalling and reinstalling 1.17.7, several times, including reboots in between, and ...
