I have 5 optical drives. It's been cleaned and placed in every one. It's either a manufactured defect in disk or software bug.

My UHD 4K BD of Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (2017) has acted this way for me since I bought it. It will never advance past about 20% or so. It just hangs. You have to cancel the rip to do anything.
