I have the same driver and it works fine, I recommend flash it with BU10 (file name: DE_Buffalo_BRUHD-PU3_BU10.bin) if you're still keeping this driver.

If Makemkv failed decrypting a UHD and created a dump file, which is the perferable way to send dump file, attchment or googledrive?

I used to send with attachment, but I worry that the mailing system might keep makemkv team from recieving the dump (cannot confirm though), will googledrive be a ...

The JPN version had a problem in dolby vision and Disney recalled all the discs and changed one with no problem.
I changed the HASH of the original key and keep the unit key, and decrypt succeeded orz....
