The KEYDB.cfg file needs to go in the same directory as your generated disc dump files. In your case, this means you'll need to copy /root/.config/aacs/KEYDB.cfg to /root/.MakeMKV/KEYDB.cfg

MakeMKV isn't finding your keydb.cfg file. You need to know what the data directory is defined as and put the keydb.cfg in that directory.
