Upon further investigation, I needed to use MKVToolNix to edit the chapter numbers as it was going back to chapter 1 ...

For those of us that have paid for MakeMKV and have full licenses, if "Mike" doesn't show back up and is unable to create volume keys for newly released Blu-ray or UHD titles, how do we point MakeMKV to new title volume keys?

How does one create new volume keys for newly released titles?

Are new "hashed keys" still being added to MakeMKV's internal database? This is a great question. Is Mike the only person that can make additions to the database? If Mike doesn't do it, does that mean none of the new discs with rip? I wonder if anyone else could be provided with the tool ...

Thanks for the reply, but I'm not sure how to do that. I loaded the KeyDB_Helper.exe downloaded from the link above, but it didn't recognize the disc ID for disc 1. How do I use KeyDB?

I'm using an LG WH16NS40 16X Blu-ray in an external case via USB 3.0. When using MKV for ripping BDs, (not UHD BDs or DVDs), MakeMKV shows that it's reading at around 6.6x at the most.

Any reason why this would be? Should I really expect to be getting near 16x speeds like it claims?
