Hello, I'm using Snow Leopard (10.6.2) with a LG BluRay USB external reader/writer. I rip Blu-ray with AnyDVD HD under Parralels/Windows and then make a MKV with MakeMKV (I don't use MakeMKV directly because I'm an original version freak so I've to OCR subtitles directly from the ISO file). No problem... Anyway, it is a workaround since no multimedia player can handle at the moment PGS subsitles ! When it will be the case, MakeMkv will be a self standing product.

In a future release, do you intend to add the possibility to use a .SRT sourcefile in order to directly mux it into the target .mkv file ? It will avoid to use right after MakeMkv MkvMerge to finilize the convertion (obviously, when you need subtitles).

If you demux and then remux on the exact same perimeter of files, with the appropriate subtitles OCR in between, there is not reason at all to have you audio not sync.
