I have the same problem with ripping AACS v4 discs using the XBox HD-DVD drive connected to Windows 11. Specifically, I have the Blade Runner Collector's Edition and Transformers Special Edition HD-DVD. Both are AACS v4 and neither will get past the decrypt phase of opening the disc on makemkv v1.17...
