So I guess the file that makemkv dumps isn’t useful to add to the SDF as there’s not really anything inside the tar except the name and Id and what not. Guessing using the bin file downloaded for 1.02 from pioneer’s site can’t be used? Would using a chip clip to pull the firmware direct from the dri...

I know their site says "Once updated to version 1.02, This drive will not revert to older firmware versions." But has as anyone tried using a non official app to downgrade the firmware? looks like you can grab 1.01 here: https://pioneer.jp/cgi-bin/device/download/file_get_e2.pl?file=BDR-XD...
