Solved, I forgot something bad or I did NOT notice it, if you have selected your drive at the top of the TOOL you have to select RECOVER and the firmware at the bottom but 2 <---- times once the FIRST version you took and the second firmware you want to put on it !!!

Set the recovery option. You need to choose the identical firmware you have flashed before. Then pick a firmware for a full size drive like BH16NS60 1.02 in the second window. Uncheck "enc". Click start.

You flashed a slim drive firmware to a full size drive. You need to do the RECOVERY procedure and pick first the wrong firmware you had flashed and then the correct firmware of a full size drive. https://forum.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=22896 I don't understand what I have to do now...
