Failed to open disk (BD and HD-DVD)
I can all movies (BD and HD-DVDs) will not open. If I use the button "Open BluRay disc" hit opens a window, reading Processing AV clips. The program ends with the message: Failed to open disk. The window "Select content" does not open. Please help ... Sorry, my English is not so ...
