I just wanted to let you know all issues have been resolved.

Insofar as sound, it was testing it on the ripping source. It was not capable of handling the file. It plays fine on the TV.

FYI.

The final variable did not work.

Via the "Plex" settings, within Sub-titles, I was able to search for additional sub-titles and found "forced Italian to English." So, the video now plays with sub-title for Italian to English translation only.
