Can't rip specific track from DVD nor ISO
I am trying to rip a DVD from a Ed Edd N Eddy box set and it has largely worked, except for one episode on one disc. I've tried to rip that episode both from the DVD directly and from an ISO image made with `ddrescue` which recovered the whole disc successfully. Other episodes on that same disc ripp...
