I haven't received scratched discs since the DVD to early Bluray era. Usually because the disc(s) came loose in shipping. I get a ton of UHDs from Amazon and no scratches. I do, however, "frequently" have to return discs because they can't be ripped. Call frequently a disc or 2 every 6 mon...

My assumption is Mike is indisposed and hasn't gotten to the updated key and for some reason isn't fulfilling the purchased keys. My recommendation to him, assuming all is well with him (I hope it's nothing serious!), would be to look into allowing someone else have access to the key process in case...
