coopervid, i dont take it personally,
but fair enough, we all lack some quality thse days, i agree.
but wahat about those M-DISC then?
do we get nowhere near the 1000-year disc-mark then with those?
could say i would be disappointed, but am not.

Re: LG flashed to LibreDrive no longer recognize BluRay - Orig. Firmware lost
One option is an actual WH16NS60: https://www.ebay.ca/p/7025081230 I ordered one from that listing and have it on my desk. It came with an UNencrypted v1.0 firmware that is MakeMKV ready out of the box. Meaning you can back up the original firmware (backs up into a .bin), and reflash it with MK lat...

Re: LG flashed to LibreDrive no longer recognize BluRay - Orig. Firmware lost
The dump you made was of an encrypted firmware, so the actual original firmware is not in the dump . tar. What's in that dump are drive settings. Your original firmware is lost. I agree with others that suggest your blue laser failed. Thanks, didnt know that; how could i have averted the risk?^ the...

Re: confusing 3D-Bluray standard ripping options?
ok, the filesize went down from 42 to 33 GB because id did not tikc the video-file, hence as per your explanation, all those are now only 2D rips; but made an 3D MKV afterwards, that should have the proper ticks in place; however, it would not play properly with BINO 3d player, which i thought is th...
