As the title suggests, said 4K Blu Ray won't open because of a missing Key, same as it was with Oppenheimer few days ago.
I'm adding the file later, I don't know if others have the same issue, it's the 60th Anniversary edition.

I would hope it works as I have ripped AACS2.0/v77 disks before, it might just be harder to get those famous keys that they need, hopefully it shouldn’t take too much longer but it would be good to hear ...

Just my input really quick:

My Oppenheimer 4K Blu Ray came today and it can't be opened, 3CB4 als mentioned by others as well.
I guess we just have to wait and see when it's gonna work, just kinda meh wanted to watch it today.
