Yes, you didn't do the recovery process correctly. Also I recommend you use the BU40N 1.00 firmware as it is better than the BP60NB10 firmware. Select your drive. I have the Lg BP50NB40 and I thought I followed the steps correctly by using the SDFtool Flasher to write the BP50NB40 (NB50) 1.03-MK. file from the customer firmware pack then to use recovery to the same file.
