I get the "Disk won't open" error when I try to open the Noelle 4k Collector's Edition disk. It's a disney disk, so I'm not sure if there is some weird protection that MakeMKV won't unravel or what. Any suggestions?

One of the early posts in this thread said that the FW for a BDR-XS07S / BDR-XS07UHD could be downgraded. However, some other posts in the thread leads me do believe that this isn't true.
