Managed to get a cheap LG BU40 (thanks to MrPenguin for the suggestion) from Ali Express and successfully ripped the disk.

I'm guessing that is the Warner Bros US disk? I have the UK BFI disk with the exact same issue as the OP.

It could be a drive issue as both the drives I have tried it on are Pioneer.

Has anyone successfully managed to read the BFI disk? If so, what drive did you use?

I am getting this exact thing with my BFI Get Carter UHD. Windows is unable to read the disk and it gets ejected.

I have tried it in my PIONEER BDR-BDS7 and on a MAC with a PIONEER BDR-US04.

The disk plays fine in my console.

Has anyone been able to get this disk to work?

Can you also make this TGZ dump file available here please, e.g. by uploading it into OneDrive or Google Drive and then providing a download link? This could help people add your disk to the public KEYDB.cfg file too.
