Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, coping it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

This title is now part of KEYdb. I was able to successfully rip it via Makemkv. Thank you!

I'm guessing MakeMKV must have computed its hashed key, because the only UHD entry in KEYDB for "Galaxy Quest" contains a unit key but no VUK.
