Unfortunately, your dump file is unusable because LibreDrive was not enabled. However, KEYDB.cfg already has your disk's key and so you will be good to go as soon as you do enable LD.

I think your disk is already in KEYDB.cfg. The reason you cannot rip it is because your drive has not enabled LibreDrive:

Not sure if it is helpful with non UHD discs but here is a dump from an LG drive, the first one was from a Pioneer.

It's good to know that you have an LG drive as well as a Pioneer drive. FYI you should only need LibreDrive for UHD disks.
