Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

Re: Invasion of the Body Snatchers 4K

I got the latest KeyDB.cfg about a month ago. I tried to get the latest file yesterday and this morning but the site is not responding. Are you able to pull up the site? The site can sometimes be unresponsive, i.e. temporary 503 errors when under high traffic. Could you upload your TGZ dump file in...

Re: Dump Submitted: The Thing

Sent in a copy of the dump to the email, but also have it here. The latest KEYDB.cfg file contains an entry for your disk, but I'm not convinced it is correct. Could you also provide the AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your physical UHD disk please? The copy of this file inside your TGZ dump file has bee...

What I did to disable the drive before I have no clue but anyway thanks for your help.
It could just have been a matter of timing, e.g. trying to access the disk too soon?

I added a dump file just in case.
Unfortunately, your dump file is unusable because LibreDrive was not enabled. However, KEYDB.cfg already has your disk's key and so you will be good to go as soon as you do enable LD.

The drive is flashed and works on all the disks except this one . And yet LibreDrive is still clearly not enabled: 003007:0000 Using direct disc access mode 005085:0000 Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files. I think your disk is already in KEYDB.cfg. The reason you cannot rip it is because your drive has not enabled LibreDrive:

Code: Select all

003306:0000 Can't read AACS VID from disc - most likely current AACS host certificate is revoked by your drive

Re: Public KeyDB Disc Submissions

EDIT: Updated the link to include the MKB_RO.inf file Thanks, but that probably wasn't necessary. Your disk is a standard BD and not a UHD, and so its MKB_RO.inf file is small without having been truncated. And your TGZ dump file variant code is E824, which is even. This also means that the dump's ...

Re: Star Trek: Section 31 UHD (MKB20_v77_Star_Trek-_Section_31_BB50)

I have tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file then copying it to the MakeMKV data directory (where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting. No dice. Your disk already has a validated entry in KEYDB.cfg. The real reason MakeMKV cannot rip your disk is because your UHD drive has n...

Re: Dump Submitted - Les Choristes (FR)

Here's the dump for the new "Les Choristes" UHD Blu-ray from the France MKB20_v82_BLU-RAY_UHD_10DC.tgz Unfortunately, you have created this TGZ dump file using a Pioneer BDR-UD04 device (Verbatim 43888?). Such dumps can only be read by MakeMKV itself. Would you also happen to have access ...

Not sure if it is helpful with non UHD discs but here is a dump from an LG drive, the first one was from a Pioneer.
It's good to know that you have an LG drive as well as a Pioneer drive. FYI you should only need LibreDrive for UHD disks.
