The Public KeyDB website appears to be down, getting a 404 error.

The KEYDB site only supports HTTP. Check whether your browser is trying to use HTTPS by default.

Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

Can you also provide the (zipped) aACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your physical UHD disk please? The copy of this file inside your TGZ dump has been truncated to only 56 bytes, making it unusable to anyone except MakeMKV itself.
