But my preferred option is to use a microcode extension to calculate the unique drive seed value and then use the drive seed to calculate the RDK from the VID when required. Unfortunately, this dump file was created using a Verbatim 43888 containing a Pioneer BDR-UD04 device, which means its metadata is unreadable by The Powers That KEYDB . Would you happen to have access to a different UHD drive please?

The MKB_RO is required only when the dump is less than 3mb or do you want it with every dump submission going forward? Technically, speaking the MKB_RO file is only needed when the copy of this file inside the TGZ dump has been truncated to only 56 bytes. The MKB_RO file is very large for UHD disks...
