Apologies if I've missed the fix for this somewhere. MakeMKV Lists 4 chapters which seems to line up with the other disks in the boxset. The first largest one is all 3 episodes and the next 3 chapters are each an episode. Trying to save the first or third title results in a `failed to save title to ...
