I bought a WH16NS60. I actually did get this working after a reboot and cleaning the disk. It was BRAND NEW out of the package but somehow had a smudge on it that wasn't from me. Maybe I got a returned copy or something? In any case, I was able to rip the UHD version of Mario!

I'm having the same issue as OP. I'm using a brand new drive (literally got it in the mail today) and a brand new disc that I just took out of the packaging. Did you ever get this working? The package (Mario Bros. Movie "Power Up Edition") comes with both a 1080p Blu-Ray disc and a UHD dis...
