I found I had to use my VPN then I was able to download the file.

Did you install with the software center? My guess is it sandboxed it. In other words kept it from the CDROM group. I did the same thing because my older version had not updated and I wasn't in the mood to download all the files and do a manual install. I am not sure where to update the group, if th...
