Thanks from Tom's tips, I was able to reach pl forum. BDR-S09 can indeed be flashed to BDR-211 firmware. I can now enjoy my UHD discs.

I'm happy cause the player is rather silent.

Found out about libre drive and was able to read some of my BD movies on my computer with a BDR-S09 (firmware 1.54 from 2020).

Is there a way to crossflash it to be able to read UHD discs and movies (libredrive seems to see it ...
