Yes I flashed it, but it was with firmware from LG. It was running version 1.0, so I thought maybe I'd flash a newer version. So I tried 1.02 and 1.03. neither worked, and then it quit responding. Yes, it does say MT 1939. Dang.
Now after trying it in just file explorer, the drive does nothing. It won't even read a disc now. I'm wondering if it died.
Oh well, I guess it's time to update the drive. It's pretty old.
