MakeMKV generates corrupt subtitle track when using custom track names
MakeMKV 1.17.6 appears to be generating a corrupt subtitle track when I try to convert the "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" blu-ray disc into an MKV file and use a custom name for some subtitle tracks. It seems to be inserting an extraneous 0x74 byte into the beginn...

Re: Problem with Star Trek IV UHD
Thanks for sharing the picture Guybrush. I suspect this was a packaging label mistake and your discs don't actually support HDR10+. The U.S. packaging doesn't have that HDR10+ label; it just has the Dolby Vision label. It looks like Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) is responsible for dis...

And the blu-ray.com announcement about the UHD box set doesn't list HDR10+ support. Same thing with blu-...

Feature Request: Support Advanced Sub Station Alpha (S_TEXT/ASS) subtitles
Hi, I'd like to request that MakeMKV add support for Advanced Sub Station Alpha (S_TEXT/ASS) subtitles when reading source files. Here's my situation... I have DVDs of older TV shows that I want to turn into MKV files. Those DVDs don't have VobSub subtitle tracks, but they do have closed captioning....
