Yes, you must have MakeMKV installed as the flasher is a frontend GUI for it.... I installed MakeMKV v 1.17.4 I ran SDFtool Flasher (v1.3.5) This time I did have my dive listed in the drop down box. Ensure you have MakeMKV installed in the default location and that the drive tray is empty and closed. How is the drive connected to your PC? Thank you for the response! It is an internal sata drive.
