I've been using a BP60NB10 with MakeMKV for a while, but it's started to fail (takes multiple tries to save certain tracks, refuses to save some tracks that my new drive will save, etc.). I want to flash it back to stock and either RMA it or simply use it as a player, but I haven't been able to find...

I'm trying to make an MKV from 'The Thing' 4k, but it fails with the message "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted". I don't seem to have the 'Automatic HK downloading' issue that some others are reporting. Does that mean that MakeMKV just doesn't have the key...
