I have three physical copies of this movie and none of them are recognized by MakeMKV. They are also not recognized by any other "player" software, so the issue may not be with MakeMKV. When I insert the disk it spins and spins and spins, then MakeMKV says "No Disk Loaded". Same ...

I think I got a defective disk from Amazon. Decrypted, but a ton of read errors.

Chuck is a tough one (great show, though). Some of the disks have individual episodes, some have all the episodes in one large file that needs to be split. You're on the right track with MKVToolNix. I discovered a number of issues and was able to finally resolve my connection. 1) hkdata.fairuse.org resolves to an IP address in Russia and a lot of networks block traffic from certain countries. If your network blocks traffic to and from Russia, add an IP-specific exception for hkdata.fairuse.org ...
